R19.1.2 installation problem

  Hi, As the picture shown, the installation launcher activated but none of selections I can choose to start up the installation when I was trying to install Discovery Ultimate R19.1.2. Did I need to uninstall Discovery Ulitmate R19? or Did I need to upgrade ANSYS product (Structure) R19 to R19.1 for Discovery R19.1.2 installation? Thank you.

  Hello Kin The image which you shared refers to Workbench installer and not Discovery Installer. Please download the latest version of Discovery products (if not done so) from this link, unzip and then run the setup.exe from this installation.

    I downloaded the R19.1.2 program file couple days ago and tried to setup it today.
    
    Here is the process picture of starting R19.1.2
    
    the installation launcher showed up after clicking this setup.exe

    Kin I downloaded the Discovery installer a few minutes ago and below is the snapshot of what the installation start page looks like. Can you try downloading the installer again and see if it works? Also, make sure that you right click on setup.exe and select 'Run as Administrator' to run the installer.

    I used the same file I downloaded to install Discovery Ultimate and it works eventually.
    
    I found the problem is the folder location where Discovery set up program is can't be the same as folder where ANSYS Application set up program is.
    
    Once two folder be separated, everything is on the path.
