radiant floor floating point exception error

hello,
i am doing a 20mx20m floor with a 1cm diameter pipe with hot water and see the temperature of the floor. I did the sketch for the pipe in solidworks as well as the floor then i made a surface from them and assembled them together. I exported it as IGS file to ansys and i have done the meshing. I added a sizing of 0.05 to the pipe because it gave me many errors and still there is some small spots where meshing could generate quads.
when I continue to setup it gives me error floating point exception in node 0. this error appears with any mething i do.
