Hello,

One of our customers has a problem launching spaceclaim. It asks to open in read-only mode.
After trying the command line as an admin (and as a non-admin) it still doesn't work.
This customer told me that the problem had already occurred at the end of last year and that someone from ansys had taken over his computer (link to the corresponding ticket: Spaceclaim 2020 R2 not launch )

I enclose pictures of the command lines in error

Can you ask the customer's IT team to allow access to the certificate check URL:   ocsp.digicert.com and then try again?

Sorry for the delay in answering.
After allowing the address ocsp.digicert.com in the webfilter of their fortigate, there is no improvement... do you have another suggestion?

Sorry for the late reply on this ticket.
I am attaching the curl file by mail that we managed to extract.
We have a problem with the curl: a certificate does not want to pass: cacert.pem  
The client will solve this problem by next week so I will come back to you then.
I join you all the same the .log files which we succeeded in recovering to see if on your side you can direct us on a possible solution so that Spaceclaim can be activated.

The problem was caused by an update of their firewall which they didn't know about and therefore the certificates were not up to date
