Rectangular Closed Tank Hydrostatic Test. Top plane deformation ???

  I have made an hydrostatic analyse and this is the result. I gave fix support on the bottom side of the tank. Is it normal to have a deformation on the top side ? If it is not correct, then where did I made a mistake ? If it is correct, then why there is negative deformation the top side ? I have thought about that but I did not find a logical explanation for that. Can someone help me ?
