refresh licenses

      Hello, 
      I have a customer who can't refresh his licenses
      I have released the 2 locations in the ANSYS portal. 
      I have run the command ansysls_client.exe

      I give you the 2 IDs concerned:

      david.esposito@fondasol.fr

      michel.rispal@fondasol.fr

       

      can you check this two account please ?

      Can you please make sure licenses have been assigned to the mentioned users?

      I can see from my database that michel.rispal@fondasol.fr has an active Discovery Essentials license but david.esposito@fondasol.fr has no active licenses. 

      Have you tried activating the licenses (instead of refreshing) using the command line?
