SubscriberLet's say that the Z axis is vertical for the sake of discussion. I would make two remote displacements.
Pick the cylindrical face of the top hinge pin and set the X and Y displacement of the remote point to zero.
Pick the cylindrical face of the bottom hinge pin and set the X, Y and Z displacement and the Z rotation to be zero.
Those six constraints make the door fixed, now you can apply the force on the corner.

SubscriberFor the top hinge all the rotation kept free?
And bottom hinge X and Y kept free ?
should i apply moment or only load is enough?
please clarify

SubscriberSince the pin is very short, yes, leave all the X and Y rotations free.
Just apply the down force on the end of the door, ANSYS will transfer the load through the parts to induce bending moments in the hinges.

Boost Ansys Fluent Simulations with AWS
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) helps engineers design products in which the flow of fluid components is a significant challenge. These different use cases often require large complex models to solve on a traditional workstation.
