- Is it possible to change the wavefront of the source to top hat, Laguerre gaussian, Bessel gaussian and to various modes like TE00, TE01 etc in Lumerical
- Are beam shaping elements available here

Ansys EmployeeYes, you can import whatever the beam shape you want, as long as you have the math expression. Please refer this example https://optics.ansys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034383054-Using-an-equation-to-define-the-spatial-field-profile-of-a-source-in-FDTD
FDTD is used to design devices so there is no such beam shaping elements available to use.
