Regarding volume fraction discretization scheme in Eulerian Multiphase flow model (Two-fluid model)?

SubscriberHow sensitive are volume fraction discretization schemes such as first-order upwind, Modified HRIC, compressive, etc. in Eulerian Multiphase flow simulations?
Any drastic change in results can come with these different schemes?

Ansys EmployeeSure you would expect a change but all three schemes (even QUICK and HRIC) are diffusive enough so that the overall behavior won't drastically change.
