Regstration Lumerical support

  Dear all,
  does anyone had issue to register for the email-Lumerical support? It remindes always to the same page. If I try to email them to fix this through the Lumerical support, there is an automatic reply that remindes me that I'm not registered for that. How can I get out from this loop?

  From the last registration you did, you are free to post questions here in this forum.
  If you have premium suport license then you can register lumerical support.
  For most academic lienses holders this forum is the only support plateform.
