SubscriberDear sir,
I wanted to give relative humidity to tensile specimen in static structural analysis in workbench. Can you help me how i can do that ?

Ansys EmployeeHi
Never heard about this (we can not import humidity from fluent, not sure such a variable exists there by default - we can only import things like cfd pressures, etc.)
What is humidity going to add/do in your static analysis system (the input from CFD is typicall pressures that will add a pressure load to the structure)?
All the best
Erik

Subscriberkeeping the specimen in high humidity condition for 1 day changes its property. Similar simulation I have to do. Is there any way to do it?
Thank you.

Ansys EmployeeSo that should not be possible – firstly and most importantly properties can be function of temperatures say, but not humidity – secondly we can not import humidity into a static structural as mentioned only things like cfd pressures and temperatures (not sure it even exist humidity output from fluent)
