Relevance in Fluent Meshing

  I didn't find the relevance option in fluent meshing in Ansys 19, what is the alternate option to make my mesh course to medium.

  Fluent Meshing doesn't have a Relevance setting. If you mean ANSYS Meshing (in Workbench) we altered the interface at R19 and again at 2019 to clear out some features that weren't commonly used. If you want to alter the mesh refinement change the global, local and size function settings.
