Remote mass definition

      Dear all,

      I'm wondering how ansys mechanical treat a remote mass by definition.

      When I select a Point Mass, I need to select a geometry and a system of coordinates. This geometry selected (a vertex, a line, a face...) will simulate the support of the mass, when transfered from the remote point to the geometry? The mass will be transfer to this point, considering the force (mass X acceleration)  + the moment (Force X arm)?

      If instead of using a mass, I use a remote force, ansys transfer the moment to the geometry point?
