Remove User

  i try to remove a user from my account but its not possible!
  
  Allways this message see attached printscreen!
  
  Has anybody a idea why this error?

  Do you just want to remove the user or unassign the licenses from this user?
  
  Can you please share the user's email address via email at ansys-discovery-support@ansys.com
