  When envoking PowerArtist, I get a licensing error, eventhough it is present in the .lic file.
  Error UTL-280 : Ansys Common Licensing : Request name sptartist does not exist
  in the licensing pool.
  No such feature exists.
  Feature: sptArtist
  FlexNet Licensing error:-5,147
  Error UTL-221 : Unable to checkout license
  for feature sptArtist version 2022.12;
  ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR: Request name sptartist does not exist in the licensing pool.
  No such feature exists.
