      Hello,   A customer had 2019 installed and worked correctly. After installing the newest version they get this.   Any idea on how to solve this?

      It's most likely that the TECS must have expired due to which the latest version could not be installed. If you can share the customer ID I can cross check at my end.

      Paesc Thanks for sharing the ID. The TECS for the concerned Discovery Essentials subscription has expired on 2019-06-30. So as indicated earlier, they won't be able to use the versions released after this date.

        Naresh Patre Can you check this? Our account manager told me they extended their subscription to 2020-06-30.

      Hello,

      I am seeing one TECS date as 2020-06-30, but its license expiration date is 2045-07-01. See below snapshot.
