Research licence expiry

  I have a license for 2020R1 fluids and mechanical, the license is a research license for a Formula SAE team at CSU Sacramento. The license was for 1 year, but i am getting expiration warnings after 7 months. how do i fix this issue? License was activated July 2020. nThis is being used for development of our aerodynamics package on the team car and for students working towards their degrees. I was told by customer support to post this issue here. n

  I can see that your license release date was 2/21/20 and the expiry date is 02/20/21. When you say License was activated in July, do you mean you actually installed the license and started using the software from July?n
