SubscriberHi,nLets say we are carrying out a 2D MAXWELL transient analysis for 21 seconds and we have covered 5 seconds of simulation.nHowever, due to unexpected power failure, the computer is shutdown.nIs such cases, I have noticed that MAXWELL saves the simulation results till 5 seconds.n Now, is it possible to restart the simulation from 5th second ?nSince it takes very long time for simulation, I dont wish to start the simulation from beginning and need to restart from where it aborted. nCan somebody please let me know how to we go about this ?n -

Ansys EmployeeHi,nBy using CleanStop you can manually break an analysis and resume from where it's broken, but there is no automatic way to autosave your analysis when there's unexpected power failure or crashing. n -
