Results command is missing in component system as well as toolbox

  Hi there,
  
  i have installed ansys student product Asnys 2020 R1 on my laptop and Workstation.
  
  But i couldn't find Results command in component system as well as in toolbox in my workstation. while this is available in my laptop.
  
  what could be the error? please help
