Results does not converge in CFX

  Hello,
  
  I hope you're all well.
  
  I have been simulating annular flow using CFX 19.2 and my solution does not converge, I am not sure why. I have attached my solver control inputs (tried different values but still the solution did not converge) as well as the convergence graph. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks you!

  If a model doesn't converge work through the mesh quality, boundary conditions & models and solver settings. Given the model is transient you may also need to reduce the time step.
