Results not opening in Fluent

  Hi all,
  
  I've done a run on Ansys and wish to go to the Calculations (as per https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/how-can-we-measure-the-visocity-of-fluid/). I click Results:
  
  But get the following errors:
  
  My run was quite simple (as per https://forum.ansys.com/forums/topic/permanently-changing-the-cell-zones-to-desired-material/). What's causing this, and why can't I view the Results section in Fluent?

  The workflows can become corrupted, connect a separate Results task to the Solution and see how that behaves. We tend to do all post processing in Fluent, and also the 3d workflow is done outside of Workbench, so Geometry>Fluent Meshing>Fluent.
