SubscriberDear fellow members,
I have an enterprise subscription where I cant access the customer postal. I am trying to modify the biodiesel file. Unfortunately it was encrypted and I didnt know what type of file and name of fuel is that.
Also, how do load I that file to the fluent, I went to the fluent setup where I tried to access from the user defined database (one of my desktop folder) and the software is not picking up the file.
I tried to laod the file in forte>models>chemistry and the forte is not reading the chemistry.
I have loded the file in Chemkin and I tried check the file through mechanism viewer and the message says " the content of an encrypted chemistry mechanism cannot be displayed"
Can any one please suggest me the best way to prepare and simulate the fuel.
Thank you
Kind regards
Arun

Ansys EmployeeIf you've got an Enterprise licence please contact support@ansys.com using your work email and including any licence/address information that'll help us attach you to the correct account.
Looking at the errors, the encryption is working, and you may, or may not, have the correct licence configuration to use/edit the library/materials.

Ansys EmployeeAnd having seen the email. That's a Campus licence, not Enterprise: there's a very big difference. That suggests you don't have a full licence for the fuel library so may need to either look into an upgrade or build your own: I'm not a combustion modelling specialist, and my advisor is on holiday.

SubscriberThanks Rob for your reply. Could you please ask your advisor to look into this query once he/she comes from their holiday?
I will be waiting for your reply. Thanks
