Rigid Body Dynamics Joint Load Constant Velocity

Trying to simulate collisions between two objects. I set a velocity for one of the objects and it continues at that initial velocity, irrelevant of any collisions. When applying a joint load, how do you set the velocity as initial and not be constant throughout the simulation. I want to find the rebound velocity after impact of both components.

You need to assign Initial Conditions, not Boundary Conditions. One way to do that is by a multi step simulation. If the joint rotates 2 degrees in a time of 0.1 seconds in Step 1, then it's initital velocity for step 2 will be 20 degrees/sec.
