SubscriberHi all,
I am trying right now to start working with CFD simulations (e.g. with Ansys Fluent) but also I would like to implement simulation of particles in the same fluid (e.g. with Ansys Rocky DEM). The problem is that I cannot find where in my installer (Ansys 2021 R1) is the "Rocky" package. Can anybody help me?

Ansys EmployeeFrom the Customer Portal look in the Add on packages. It's not yet part of the normal install.

SubscriberThanks Rob for your anwer. The thing is I have already tried accessing the Customer Portal, but I get this message when trying to "complete my customer registration":
And when I click on the "login page" it just redirects me to the same page I already was. Any ideas on how can I get to the Customer Portal as a student?

Ansys EmployeeHow did you download the full installer without access?

SubscriberMy university has an installer and its corresponding license available in their servers. I installed the packages of interest using the 2021 R1 installer and redirecting the license to the server (e.g. I cannot access the programme without previous "license borrowing" or connecting to the server through VPN when not on campus). I guess they do have access to the Customer Portal, but not me.

Ansys EmployeeOK, that makes more sense. You'll need to get someone to download the files for you as I can't share on here.
