SubscriberHi,
I've been having issues adding a roller support to a face; I just cannot seem to add one to any face on my structure. Please advise.

Can you specify which program you're using and the exact type of support? I think the most likely cause might be that the face doesn't meet the requirements for that type of support. For example, it might not be a planar face, but rather a spline.
Without further information I can only speculate. If it's possible to attach an image of the face that would be beneficial.
If you click the face in SpaceClaim and look in the Properties panel at the bottom left of the window you can see what type of face it is.

A cylindrical support is not the same as a roller support. The cylindrical support is intended to be placed on a cylindrical face to allow rotation about the center axis. It cannot be applied to a planar face.
For this you should try using the Planar support.
