Rotating Ball

  Hi Everyone !
  
  I set up some box and subtract a ball shape body from inside. I selected as a named selection of ball face and I want to rotate this ball in this box which air flows inside but when I chose wall motion at boundary conditions ball is not moving. I tried 6 DOF but ball is moving everywhere I just want to rotate ball around z axis please help me.

  As you mentioned that you already tried, setting up a "Moving Wall" boundary condition for the ball-surface "named selection" is the right way of doing it. Is your rotational axis and direction properly defined? See attached screenshot from the Fluent User Guide:
