Rotation cursors in 17.2 not found in 18.2 or 19.1

When you click the Rotate tool in ANSYS Mechanical 18.2 and 19.1 all you get is the XY rotation cursor.

In ANSYS Mechanical 17.2 and earlier, if you moved the cursor to the corner of the graphics screen, you would get one of these three cursors.  That last one, rotate about screen Z, I particularly miss.

Is there a way to rotate the view about screen Z in 18.2 and later?

Go to Tools - Options - Mechanical - Graphics - Default Graphics Options, and set Mouse Rotation Mode as "Axis Rotation Available"

Thanks!  I found it in 19.1 but that option is not in 18.2.  I expect ANSYS got enough feedback from 18 that they put it back in.

So how do you implement this option after selecting "Axis Rotation Available"?

Click on the Rotation Tool, the cursor changes to the XY rotation mode when it is in the center of the graphics area.  Move the cursor to the bottom right corner of the graphics window, it will change into a Rotate Z mode, move the cursor to the center of the bottom edge of the graphics window, it will change into a Rotate Y mode, move to the center of the left edge and it will change into a Rotate X mode.
