rror in reading external circuit file

  Hello,
  While I am simulating Maxwell3D design with the Maxwell circuit, I am getting error "Error in reading external circuit file.95"
  The circuit is imported successfully, but after starting the simulation run, the error appears as "Error in reading external circuit file.95".
  Can someone help me in this regard?
