SubscriberHow can we provide custom information to the cluster regarding "The license necessary to execute the job, which can be used to integrate with cluster resource management to check Ansys license availability before a job starts running" please?
(The Help states "For more information on how to integrate licensing with cluster software, contact your cluster administrator or Ansys customer support." which is not very helpful for a Help. )

SubscriberIn that case, can you please tell me if there is a formula or lookup table where one can see how many licenses of each type are required for an analysis using a certain number of nodes and/or cores? Using Mechanical, so only focusing on prepost / solver / bundles / HPC licenses will suffice.
It needs to be possible in some way for the queueing system to check whether sufficient licenses are available before starting a job. We can see the number of available licenses, but we don't know how many are required for a certain run.
