Hello,

 

I am trying to model rubber layer in lsdyna. it supports a cyliner overlying it. I find error termination in the dynamic relaxation phase showing rubber negative volume and severe distortion for the layer. 

 

What is the way to prevent negative volume and the best material to model the rubber layer?

I have tried all of theses steps and still getting the error termination in the dynamic relaxation phase. Can this happen because the rubber is supporting a very high weight? and if so what would be the solution.
