Subscriber老师您好,我在仿真一个谐振腔结构,但是一直不知道该如何摆放监视器才能得到透射率。之前我把频域监视器放在有机层和金属层的交界处,得到的数据被指出是吸收率,之后我把监视器放在金属电极后面,几乎就没有数据了,请问该怎么摆放监视器呢?

Ansys Employee如果是谐振腔,监视器必须放在谐振腔之外。电极是谐振腔的一部分吗?如果是,那就没问题,透射率几乎为零,此时要看反射率。
“之前我把频域监视器放在有机层和金属层的交界处,得到的数据被指出是吸收率” 谁说的是吸收率?只不过此时的透射率实际上无法测量,因为金属层还有反射,这个监视器位于谐振腔的驻波中,没有啥实际用途。

Subscriber谢谢老师的回复!我现在想仿真的是一个 金属1/介质/金属1/有机层/金属2 的结构,那谐振腔是否指的是金属1/介质/金属1这个结构?我是看的一篇文献上有写这个结构,但是不清楚数据在哪一块采集,如果前面那部分是谐振腔的话,那金属2电极应该不算是谐振腔的一部分对吗?

Ansys Employee一般来说电极不应该是谐振腔的一部分,但是需要你做出判断。
