S参数和透过率的关系

  老师您好，请问S参数和透过率（transmission）的关系是什么样的呢？S参数里面的值的物理意义是什么呢？
  比如下面这个图片里面的s参数我是用s-parameter sweep得到的，在对应1550nm，透过率是0.35339，但是我在同样的仿真文件中看它透过率是极低的。
  原因可能是模式选择的问题吗？S参数中的"mode ID"是“1”，所以我光源和模式监视器选择的模式也是“1”，得到的结果
