Second order potential AQWA

  I noticed that AQWA does not calculate the second order velocity potential, but uses an approximation from Pinkster. This approximation is given for the low-frequency part of the second order wave loads. I was wondering if this approximation is also used for the sum-frequency part of the second order wave loads?n

  nnFrom Aqwa theory manual - Section 5.6 Second Order Wave Potential and Its Simplification, this simplification is only used for the difference frequency second order potential component estimation. It is not used for the sum frequency QTF calculation in Aqwa.nRegards,nAshish Khemkan
