I have been posting a few questions for the past two months and I haven't managed to find a feature that would bring up all the posts you have originated so far.
How can I do that (deleted posts(!) apart)?

Click on your profile picture icon on the top right, and click on 'View Profile'. A new page will open. In the Activity section, click on 'Discussions' to view the list.
