as I can select a hidden node, the solid has 4 segments in its thickness and I want to choose the central node.

I want to select a intemediate node, in the solid, it's possible? is

When I want select the intermediate node, I can't only can select in the exterior faces ..

You might not be able to select the node interactively, but you should be able to use the Named selection based on a worksheet to select the node.
