SubscriberI launched ansys workbench on a machine with 28 cores.
After import aedt file, then I click on "Setup" to open Maxwell. I did as the first screen shot and click on "Test Machine" then I got an error shown in the second screen shot.
I attached the two screen shots.
Any suggestions and/or comments would be very helpful.
Thanks.

Ansys EmployeeHello Heechang,
Your screens indicate the job is running from an interactive scheduler submission - as such we comply with allocated resources.
What scheduler is being used - and version?
What version AEDT is being used?
The "test machine" is only when ansoftrsmservice is configured.
Typically, in a scheduler environment, you would not want ansoftrsmservice installed on a compute node.
o0599 is the assigned compute node for your interactive job?
Please send the screenshot showing the original HPC and Analysis Configuration screen
Also, a screenshot showing the error during analysis.
thanks
Randy
