Setup and Solution not getting updated despite convergence

Hello everyone,
I am facing a weird problem. Despite that I have converged and obtained the Cl and Cd in Fluent, my workbench is not updating the Setup and Solution. There is no green tick mark. It started happening when I moved from the steady-state solution to transient-state solution.
What is the resolution?

Yes, I have been duplicating the containers and I am surprised you caught me without me telling you that. Your suggestion has resolved the issue. Thank you big time
