Setup is not working

      I have downloaded both ultimate and standard, but setup files does not run. When I try to double click on setup file, nothing happen. I use english letters only ( user name of the computer, files which included setup, etc. ). Win7 64 bit, directX 11 installed. Hardware specs are: quadro m4000 graphic card (4 gb), 32 gb ram and latest drivers I have. What can I do anymore?

      Hello RidvanK

      Make sure that you have unzipped the installation files before you run setup.exe. Also, right click on setup.exe and select "Run as Administrator" option and then proceed for installation.

        Hello, thank you for replying,

        I unzipped and moved it different locations such as C: , D: , desktop and tried installing again but I couldn't. Only, after reboot, install ansys products page is coming and then I select install, page is disappearing and nothing happen.

        RidvanK The image you shared appears to be for Workbench installation. Discovery installation landing page should look like the one shown below. Make sure that you are running setup.exe from Discovery installation package. If you also have Workbench installer, make sure that you unzip both installation packages at different locations and then run setup.exe in administrative mode from Discovery installation package.

        Naresh Patre   I used this page for trial version installing. But I don't understand why the installations are different. Probably I will give up. Because for several days I have tried in my company.
