SubscriberHello,
When I generate the surface mesh a 3D model of a solid and fluid domain for a fluent CFD analysis, I get the following problem :
"Repair self-intersection using Share Topology was not sucessful. Carefully examine model in SCDM"
However, I have already shared the topology, checked for gaps, stiches, etc in SpaceClaim. The "check geometry" step in SpaceClaim do not indicate any issue neither.
Do you have an idea how I can go across this ?
Thank you in advance,

Ansys EmployeeHello,
Can you please try using Discovery to see if the shared topology is successful and take into FM?
In SpaceClaim, apply force share as well to see if there are contacts that have been missed with the set tolerance. You can always vary the tolerance to see if additional contacts can be picked up for shared topology. Also, use the repair tool for split edges, inexact edges and small faces to make sure geometry is free of these as it might affect the ST.

SubscriberHello,
In the repair tab, when I check the inexact edges and/or small faces want to fix them, they are still there. Is it still possible to remove them ?
Thank you.J.Avdijaj
