Sheet metal issue

  three issues came up during generating a sheet metal part:
  
  1. If I set the corner relief at two tabs to triangle and the junction to full overlapp, the sheet metal part can no longer be unfolded (see: sheet-metal_01 + 02). Set to no overlapp the sheet metal part is unfoldable.
  
  2. if I set a second corner to corner relief as triangle this is created correctly. (see: sheet-metal_03), as soon as the junction here is also set to full overlapp, the corner relief appears differently than the first (see: sheet-metal_04).
  
  3. when i want to change the direction of the tab overlap (during the operations as explained before) it does not work.
  
  Is there any explanation for this and how can it be fixed?
