already posted reply on second thread.

Full-time faculty/staff can register as an ANSYS Support Coordinator (ASC) and once approved, will have their questions addressed by our ANSYS support engineers on the forum. If you are registering as an ASC, please use your academic email address, otherwise we will not be able to validate your account.

This step is considered while you register on the community.

      Dear Keyur,

I'm an ASC, registered as such, and asked a question which was not addressed by ANSYS support engineers. Can I get an answer please ?

      Hello Zabed,

As mentioned  'Full-time faculty/staff can register as an ANSYS Support Coordinator (ASC)'. From our database you are not full time faculty. So we can not make your ASC. If the status is changed, please contact ANSYS account manager and provide him your full time docs. Once he approves, we can make your ASC.

      Regards,

      Keyur
