Simulating Throttle

  How can we simulate a throttling process with a subcooled state water having 22 deg Celsius at the inlet and then getting results of lower temperature of fluid at the outlet which accords with Joule-Thompson Coefficient.

  Can you explain what do you mean by Joule-Thompson Coefficient? Do you want a dynamic throttling or static one? i.e is the throttle changing its orifice area or is it constant.
