simulation of thixotropic behavior

  Hey all,
  I wanted to simiulate the tixotropic that some semisolid metals show. unfortuantly, I could find where to insert some parameters like liquid fraction or shear rate vs viscosity and time. I was wondering if someone has a some experience with simiulating thixotropic behavior.
