Simulation PMSM at no load condition at SIMPLORER

Hello everyone,
I designed a PMSM at Ansys Maxwell and simulation results at Maxwell are acceptable. I tried to simulate the desired motor at SIMPLORER at no load condition, as shown in the picture. but the motor results are not acceptable (Torque almost zero) and it gives an acceptable answer only if I connect the V-ROTB (with desired speed as V-ROTB value) to the Motion setup_in.
Shouldn't the motor be fed with the desired frequency in no-load conditions? -
