SIWAVE software crashes

Hi,
I'm running a DC IR Drop simulation on a layout. But, after the DC IR drop simulation is complete, check the result (plot current/voltage). The SIWAVE software crashes.
This does not happen when the same operation is performed on other layouts.What is the problem with the layout that leads to this situation?
