SIwave SYZ simulation error

  An error happens when computing SYZ parameters after ports assigned
  "error 0518 Memory access violation" in SIMLOG file

  There seems to be a problem with the port setup. Please open a support ticket under customer.ansys.com and submit your SIwave design.
