SIwave transient analysis

  I am running a transient response plot through the signal net analyzer option and I am getting the error in the image attached. I am just trying to run the analysis on one single net (DQ) and a differential (DQS) Any ideas?
  
  I have tried to use the SIwizard and every time I get to the last step and finish, SIwave crashes on me.
