Ansys EmployeeDo you have a CAD geometry? You can always use SpaceClaim and DesignModeler to edit and export geometries? You have many CAD neutral options, when you do File>Save As
If you want to export the results, you can just right click on the result and export as shown:

Ansys Employeeeman,
You can edit an IGES geometry in SpaceClaim just like any other using the Edit tools. Below, I show this for a simple cube using the Pull tool.
