I wish to create multiple beam profiles in a Spaceclaim model (50+), each with different properties. I thought the best way to do this would be via script.
I can create the Rectangular profiles, but when i wish to edit the properites, i need a smart variable reference, specifically an 'ISelection'.
How do i assign a smart varibale to the beam profiles?
I noticed that If i edit them manually, by clicking in the properities box they are given an 'iPart' reference number. How can i make the beam profile an 'iPart' without that manual step?
Code below for reference.
