SubscriberHi,
I'm having an issue when starting up Ansys Electronics Desktop. Immediately after opening the software, it crashes. The window pops up briefly, and then disappears.
I've tried reinstalling the software with the latest version, but the issue persists.I'm running Windows 10 version 22H2 for reference

Ansys EmployeeApologies for the delay!
Is anything listed in the Event Viewer?
Open the Windows Event Viewer and go to Logs->Application
Do you see any errors?
Please post a screenshot of the error
Also, check Logs->System
Also, Check the graphics card and verify that the driver is up to date. -

Ansys EmployeePlease delete user preferences for the AEDT version.
I am assuming 2022R2 - adjust the version as needed.
To do that, delete the following folder:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Ansoft\ElectronicsDesktop2022.2
thanks

SubscriberI was able to resolve the issue by completely uninstalling the software, deleting all remaining files, and reinstalling. Thanks.
