Software keeps closing without signing in

  Im having issues opening the software I've tried re-installing from scratch and it keeps on closing ones i've put in my user name and password it just keeps on closing.

  Can you please try activating the licenses using the command window and then try launching the application?
  
  Please refer Discovery Subscription license - Command line options for instructions on activating licenses through command line.
  
  Let me know if this resolves the issue.
